Paul Ruiz.

A deposit holds your request — the artist confirms the time.

You pay the deposit plus a 10% booking fee. This profile has not joined TattTester yet, so we hold the deposit while we relay your request: it goes to the artist in full when they claim, or comes back to you in full after 7 days if they do not. The booking fee is the only part TattTester keeps.
